ENTRY LIST: Daytona [Race 13 of 24]

Thursday, August 10th will be our return to Daytona Int'l Speedway to kick off the second half of the SCARTS season.  Four races remain in the regular season - Burnout and Dore both have one more race worth full points before drop races begin for them.  Dore needs a big day at Daytona to claw back on Burnout but the drop races may be enough.

Simms won last year's race and Charter won the Daytona 500 earlier this year.  Who will win this time?  Join us on Thursday!

I will likely miss the race.  I am at a surgery clinic awaiting my Dad to be cleared to be taken home and it's taking alot longer than i planned.  After I do that, I need to drive home myself.  If there is a decent turnout, start prac and qual on time and start race by 20:45.  But odds are I will miss.

Still here.  No way I'll make it on time.  Your call - race or postpone.  But if you have a field, race!

We will postpone another week as I will out most of the day today and will unlikely return in time for the race.  Gonna survey the Hurricane Harvey damage.

Unfortunately my only day open this week is Thursday and Dore is going out of town - man this is getting more and more difficult to schedule.

I don't want to restart the season without Dore since we are so close in the points.

Finally.  I'm planning Race #13 @ Daytona on Wednesday, September 20th @ 21 GMT.  That day is still not 100% certain but plan on that for now.

AARRGGHH, I will not be able to host tonight after all.  I have open availability for certain Wednesday and Thursday next week so we WILL get SCARTS back rolling again next week for sure!

I'm on my way back to Austin on Wednesday, I'm in Lubbock tonight and I'm leaving early enough to be back by a couple hours before the race - so I would be able to host Daytona if that day is good for everyone, else we will run it on Thursday.

I am sending a mass email - please respond to it if Wednesday is OK.
