2017 SCARTS Turbocharged Cup Series Points System
Finishing Positions (1st-20th):

Bonus Points:
In years past, we have awarded bonuses for leading 10% of each race and for leading the most laps led. New for 2017, we will change it up by removing the most laps led bonus and now awarding a +1 bonus for every 10% of the race distance led, capping at +5 for leading over 50%. (We might tweak this prior to the season for races including less than six players.) The system we used in the Racin' Edge Truck Series (+2 bonuses) was the right idea since we raised the point values for Top 5 finishes but it did create some impossible point values (33, 31, 28 and 20 point races). The new system allows a 35 point cap with all point values being possible from 1-35.
