dore wins the championship if Burnout does NOT lead the most laps.

dore can also win the title by leading the most laps, 3rd with 10% laps led, or 2nd.

So to put those clinch scenarios simply, Burnout MUST score 24 points to even have a chance, and if he does, Dore must score 18 or less for him to win the championship. If Dore scores above 18 or Burnout scores below 24, Dore wins the championship.
