I want to apologize for these past two weeks of SCARTS - just horrible problems during the races. I assure you guys we are better than this. The biggest problem has been Reirom - being, well the idiot that he normally is in the Turbo Sliders community. From this point on, he is officially banned from SCARTS. He obviously hasn't learned his lesson from past problems and he had his chance to redeem himself. I am sorry for prolonging his ban from SCARTS because fact is - I'm probably the one person to have any sort of patience with the guy allowing him to race with us. The last thing I want is to lose our core fan base because of a moron ruining the fun.
I've also spoken with admins about how we can expedite the waiting for files. We have decided to cut night races from SCARTS, mostly. Those files always have at least 4.5 MB+ of files to download if the new track is not downloaded from my Mediafire account beforehand. The only planned night races from now on are Daytona 400 milers, the Daytona Shootout, All-Star Race @ Charlotte and the SCARTS World 600 @ Charlotte. Day tracks should download 3x or more faster leaving only cars to get during practice runs. I want to reinforce having 'cars' ready to race with by the time qualifying concludes. We will NOT wait on anybody to download racecars when it is time to go green.
I urge all of you, even the new players that Dore brought in, to give us one more chance to prove how awesome SCARTS is. Santamaria, Kyyrr, Anon, Alfonso, and J4Revenge - I was very satisfied with how you guys raced with us at Daytona. You are the players we are looking for - great guys with a brain to race fairly. I assure you, these races should last 50-70 minutes tops. This league hasn't lasted five years for nothing. We aren't going to have idiots ruin the fun.
