Race #3 for the SCARTS Rising Star Series leads us to Watkins Glen International MUCH earlier in the season than in past seasons of SCARTS - reason being getting a good handling base down for the Gen-6 racecar for Full Throttle Cup, and of course for this series!
In 2012, JonnO bested Shyguy with a dominant performance at Watkins Glen. Should they compete, it could be a rematch of the ages!
