RESULTS: Over The Border 300 @ Montreal [Race 9 of 22]

- JonnO recieved a 5 second penalty (the same as a drive through penalty) for wrecking Delux in the closing laps. He had a warning for a similar crash with Slick in the closing laps of the Phoenix Rising Star race. There were 3 contributing factors to the penalty - firstly the way JonnO dived without using much brake, secondly the way he stayed in the throttle off the corner despite the contact with Delux, thirdly (and most importantly) he didnt wait for Delux after the crash. 3 admins were in agreement with this decision so I went ahead and put it into the results.

Hmm, I wonder how much of that stemmed from JonnO and me making contact in the hairpin? He probably was driving his wheels off to catch up.

Btw, I won't be around today - and sorry I wasn't around the past few days to discuss this incident.

True true! It seems to be these cars spring off each other crazily against me In the Full Throttle cars this would not happen!

I guess I will apologise to Delux for not waiting and expected a penalty, but I wasn't sure what to do at the time because I thought it was nice move, but springy cars :p !

EDIT: I pulled off exactly the same move on rob perfectly in the FTC cars because they don't spring from eachother
