RESULTS: Red Bull 200 @ Phoenix [Race 2 of 22]

Nice start to the year actually. Both Rising Star Series races have been won by drivers eligible for the championship - drivers that haven't even run in Full Throttle Cup before this year.

Nice job on your win at Phoenix Szymek and also for your win at Daytona Hevonen. Let's keep this up!

Yeah, awesome race.. After dominating the first half myself and managing both bonuses, the race REALLY opened up with that long green flag run after halfway. Slick was much faster than me so I gave him the lead (hes my team mate at Penske), and from there we were heading for a nice 1-2 if the caution hadn't come out for the wallsticking car. But awesome race! And great win Szymek, nice strategy staying out.

Finally luckily race.

Till the lap 60 or so I was still at the ejnd of pack. Then good restart, overtook few cars and get 6th place. Last pit stop few lap after Jonno and Shy, so I had fresher tyres. Then few laps being blocked by Hevo (lapped car) and YEL. Somebody was my Piquet (thank you!) I realized that the only chance for a good positions was staying on the track. Starting 2nd at last restart but Slick was too slow and I overtook him easily. Delux, Jonno and Shyguy were faster than me but they fought each other. what let me win.

At Las Vegas I wanna atack 1st place in championships. Hevonen, be afraid!

5th on my return race, can't argue with that.
