*Upon a joint discussion the positions between Szymek and Popowitch were reversed, as Popowitch's collision with JonnO was deemed "unavoidable"

awesome showing by the lone dodge in the field..good start of the year haha

Sounds like a great race shame I was banned from entering it.

Yeah it was fun, should be a good Daytona 500.

(I did update the results posting with the results from our Daytona 500 qualifying session. That order is NOT the starting lineup for the 500 but merely how we qualified to start the Shootout and the order we chose pit stalls.)

Ahhhhhhhh Burnout, I just realised, I SENT you the official results, Szymek beat Popo!

I went ahead and fixed it myself As explained, Popo was involved in the caution causing incident, and Popo merged back onto the track behind him and also behind the leader, Lanz. So he finshes 1 lap down behind Szymek.

In writing the new rulebook, we are including a clause for an "unavoidable incident". This will be deemed an "unavoidable incident", so Popo keeps the place
