    Charter should clinch the 2011 Rising Star Series championship by merely starting the next event.

    It IS possible for Simms to take the championship but that would require Charter missing the final three racse plus Simms would need to dominate the last two races earning 24 points per race. Then the last race could be a drop to recover any remaining points. But why even talk about this, Charter just needs to show up to earn starter points to take the title!
