Burnout and Szymek have both completed 13 races.  The final three races before the playoffs will serve as drop races.

Burnout's worst runs are:
- Mid-Ohio (19 pts)
- Charlotte (19 pts)
- Daytona Road (22 pts)

Szymek's worst runs are:
- Talladega (13 pts)
- Daytona Road (15 pts)
- Nashville (15 pts)

If point totals at Watkins Glen, Texas, and Daytona II are better than the worst point total from a prior race, that finish will be dropped and replaced with the new result.  (Example: If Szymek finished 2nd at Watkins Glen with 25 points, the 13 points from Talladega would be dropped gaining him +12 points in the standings.)
