I have done a lane rebalancing at Daytona in efforts to nerf the middle lanes/topline in hopes of creating a much more equal spread of lanes from top to bottom. We had done some testing but that was with the Daytona 500 track setup. These changes came after those runs and I have unfortunately not had the chance to test this with one other player and will be unable to do so from now until race time on Thursday.
I have plenty of confidence in this setup and believe it will create some incredible racing. The track is a little bit grippier than it was in the 500 and the midline used for hitting the fast qual times has been nerfed considerably. You will need to find a new line or combo of lines to hit the pole or make that line work again somehow (Dore you probably will find a way ).
Come join us this Thursday night for a definate wildcard race, with unknown results once we encorporate draft to this track setup. Should be a great race, I'm plenty confident!
