It's time for the first points race of the new 2016 SCARTS Full Throttle Cup season! Dore is already off to a great start scoring the Daytona 500 pole and winning the SCARTS Shootout and looks to sweep Speedweeks in the big race coming up - the Daytona 500!
The starting lineup has been set for the 500, the finishing order from the SCARTS Shootout comprising the order. Since Dore won the Shootout and won the pole, Jurgen who finished 2nd, joins him on the honorary front row.
The race is 500 kilometers - 125 laps. Sam, who didn't run the Shootout, is the defending victor and should he start the event has a chance to defend that crown.
The race is set for Tuesday, February 23rd @ 22 GMT. The event will feature a practice session, then we will head straight into the race. So please show on time!
