Was a really fun race towards the end.

But it was completely ruined by someone leaving their car sideways in the middle of the track like an idiot for around 4 laps..............

Great job Lanz, keep in mind I wanted the race called the moment Slick started affecting the race. I do agree with Slick's argument that we should have called the caution for the disconnect (as we've discussed before). In my defense, I did not see his car stopped on the track so I didn't call the caution.

Lol call me an idiot? Let you sit there and waste 2 hours and something happen that you CANT help.. and they dont throw a caution. and a yel was supposed to be called because i was sitting in the damn track with 5 to go. See what you do. Hell yeah i parked in the track. I think its straight bullshit. I should atleast get my spot back where i was. But its whatever, yall change rules or dont go by the rulebook. Its fucked up. If it was one of yall a caution woulda got called. Im tired of the bullshit this ---- always happens to me. Yall have 4 ----ing admins present and i sit in the groove for 4 laps, guess yall were more worried about losing your spot then making the right call.

Guys you know the rule - disconnect = caution flag. However, I did not see Slick in track whatsoever so I didn't know whether he left or not. My instinct was to call it but due to my frustration during this race I probably wasn't paying attention like I should have been.

And yes, I would have thought if I didn't see his car, that Lanz or Sam would have caught his car on track. I'm sorry for my lack of realization but I sure hope neither of you two saw him either. When it came to within 3 to go, I didn't call the yellow due to no reason to. We're calling the race over with anyway. (Please revise results to end the lap before Slick disconnected. It's only fair to him.)

From now on to prevent this, I'm calling the cautions THE MOMENT a disconnect is shown, if it isn't announced in advance. That's what I should have done. You have my apologies Slick. And other admins, I expect the same out of you guys.

I was dead in the middle of the esses when i reconnected.. It just pisses me off so bad that he wants to call me an idiot for sitting there but its not my fault an admin didnt see me. I practiced all damn week to get ready for this race and run decent all race and end up 5 laps down because of a disconnect that i couldnt help..

Results WILL be reverted back to the lap before.

So then you drove round the track and parked your car again perfectly in the racing line at turn 2? Seems a bit like when you pushed me into the sand and left me to make sandcastles aswell!

You could have waited for the race to be over and said something afterwards instead of ruining a good last lap battle.

I think if Shy has trouble again and cannot SC I will run as SC as it is pretty stupid trying to do it whilst racing.

Also the fact that the commands are perhaps a little too long to type whilst driving, it would be nice to simplify "/run yel" to "/run y"

Disconnects are really annoying, I had a race completely ruined when i DC into the pits so a yel never came. But, in the future I really dont think we should run without an SC ever again!

Dammit Slick of all the laps to disconnect you had to do it on the one before I overtook Sam and got 5th. Well anyway that's 2012 wrapped up then guys. As Darrell Waltrip would say (NO NOT BOOGITY BOOGITY BOOGITY ) "What a week! What a year! What a day!" Also thanks for the Lucky Reindeer scheme Burnout. Merry Christmas guys

I want to stress something guys. In the event this does happen again to one of you. YOU GUYS MUST BE MATURE and not park your car in the way out of protest. Doing so, I may decline letting you keep your position at the moment of disconnect because of you handling it immaturely. Slick, I gave you a pass. NEVER AGAIN park your car in the way.....EVER! Calmly discuss it with the admins, we will listen.

Yall was supposed to call yel and didnt, i was supposed to move and didnt, works both ways. If i would have moved and didnt alter anybody elses positions, i wouldnt have got my spot back.
