Scorpio recives a penalty for blocking Delux excessively in the final laps, preventing him from being able to use his new tyres and move forward. A time penalty would be innapropriate due to the race finishing under caution. You can appeal if you want Scorpio. The penalty is applied due to repeated times when Scorpio swerved in front of Delux when he was already alongside him to "steal speed". It is permitted to change directions once before each corner in a single fluid movement, but it is NOT permitted to cut someone off by swiping across their nose.

Aside from that, great race, well done Slick on a fantastic win, some awesome battling all throughout, look at all those lead changes!
