SCARTS Daytona Night Track (For SCARTS Shootout!)

Here is the download for the night Daytona to be run in the SCARTS Shootout on Wednesday.

I really didn't need to fix anything track wear wise for the night version of Daytona. It wears in VERY GRADUALLY and is very discrete to notice even 15-20 laps into a run. With a big field though I anticipate it will darken a bit more but the terrain is so dark to begin with that you only notice it slightly in the light.

I did remove the wear in the grid since that was still visible.

Looking really nice Burnout great job, reminds me of TSE-Losail :p Can't wait for the race tomorrow in the !

Got a seat in the Computer Lab (basically 50 gaming pc's to create games(not play so i use my laptop)) at uni so I'll also be here tomorrow to use the no lag internet!

TSE-Losail should remind you of this lol, Lanz took inspiration from Burnout's ideas.

is there any way I can get the track in a zip format...my win-rar expired and i dont want to go through using fake emails to get my trial back lol

Thanks Jonn. The Jazzyclub Night Mod I'm using works quite well for SCARTS - gives it a true night racing feel. Lets get em tomorrow and post a 1-2 in the Shootout.

Spoke with Drillz last night - he says he will be here tonight - he is a part time racer but has run well at Daytona before (finished 2nd in the 2010 SCARTS Daytona 500). Maybe he can get us a 1-2-3 for HMS. He will run the 88.

not sure how it will look after a few pitstops but i would prefer to change the tyre mark also in the refueling area! i think we will have a lot more pitstops then yesterday in the 500! would be shitty to have invisible stalls at the end of the race!
am i wrong or is the 500 not this sunday but the next one?

I'm going to recommend getting 7Zip. It opens practically any compressed file with ease; it's what I use, and I don't think I would use anything else lol
