ENTRY LIST: Texas [Race 7 of 12]

Mike Nike ran his first race of the season and spent much of the race 2 laps down after early troubles but got the help of some late race cautions to put him back onto the lead lap. He had enough time left to get to the race lead and was able to hold off Burnout and Dore for the race win.

Since Mike Nike can only race in as many as two more races, his victory does not grant him a spot into the SCARTS playoffs. Burnout, Dore, Delux, Laf, and Szymek are now all locked in by virtue of their participation this season and are now only looking for an additional bonus point or two for wins before the points reset. Burnout & Dore are the only two left with a chance at the regular season points lead bonus (worth 3 points). Texas up next and Talladega will be drop races and with a four-point gap between them, it could go either way.
