I just got it for PS3 about 3 days ago.
Have to be honest, Eutechnyx did a terrible job on this game. I've been watching the forums there for quite some time, and there's practically a digital riot 24/7 there. A lot of bugs, and they're saying with the new patch that the online is worse than before. (I guess it depends on your connection?)
I'm still waiting for my patch, but I hope I don't get the same results. I like the way the game is right now. Only thing I want out of the patch is the manufacturer logos for custom cars, and the fixed yellows.
(Maybe the whole "Everyone does backflips" fix too. lol)

the patch fixed alot..yellows work..and with the dlc it works way better
